OUR MISSION
Teach the complete art of Jiu Jitsu to students who are driven by the pursuit of mastery..
Gi Fundamentals is where you will learn the most essential techniques in BJJ. You will develop a deep understanding of all the major positions — what they are, how to pin and maintain control from dominant positions, and how to escape when you are being pinned. You will also learn key submissions and important fundamental skills such as how to pass the guard, guard retention, and takedowns. Open to students of all levels.
Each class includes 45 minutes of instruction. Students are then guided through structured, positional training rounds before moving into free sparring.
Gi Fundamentals is a 2-year long curriculum. It is taught and trained in the gi.
All students, regardless of rank, are expected to attend at least one session of Gi Fundamentals each week.
In this course, you will learn a systematic approach to both offense and defense in no-gi. This includes upper body submission systems such as joint locks and no-gi strangles, submission defense, and guard passing and retention systems. The No-gi Fundamentals course also covers key wrestling skills & takedowns. Open to students of all levels.
Each class includes 45 minutes of instruction, followed by 45 minutes of sparring.
No-gi Fundamentals is a 3-year long curriculum. It is taught and trained no-gi.
All students, regardless of rank, are expected to attend at least one session of No-gi Fundamentals each week.
