Others limit you to a repetitive, watered-down program for several months without allowing you
to spar at all.

Beginner Blueprint
The Beginner Blueprint is designed to help complete beginners understand the main positions & objectives of BJJ, and gradually become acclimated to the process of sparring.
In this Blueprint, you will learn about the most essential techniques and
concepts that beginners need to know from each position. This includes how to pin when you're on top, how to escape when you are on the bottom, what it means to "pass the guard," how to go for key submissions, and how to safely take the fight to the ground.
Each lesson includes controlled, "live" rounds against resistance with the
instructor, to help you learn how to spar.
Students in this Blueprint also receive an in-depth safety training and Sparring Protocol that clarifies the rules and expectations for sparring.
This Blueprint consists of 8 half-hour private lessons, at $100 / session.
Self-Defense Blueprint
The Self-Defense Blueprint is designed to teach complete beginners the skill of defending yourself againt an aggressive, striking opponent.
In this Blueprint, you will learn how to neutralize an aggressor who is trying to punch you when you are standing, as well as on the ground. This includes how to safely manage distance, block punches, take the fight to the ground, and escape from common "streetfight" scenarios, such as being placed in a headlock.
You will also learn key submissions that are recommended for self-defense, such as the Rear Naked Strangle and the Triangle.
Each lesson includes controlled, "live" rounds with the instructor, to help you develop skill against resistance.
This Blueprint consists of 8 half-hour private lessons, at $100 / session.
Women's Blueprint
The Women's Blueprint is designed to help women learn how to defend
themselves against physical and sexual assault, even if you've had zero
previous martial arts experience.
In this Blueprint, you will learn how to safely escape from common self-
defense situations — such as how to make someone let go when you're being grabbed, prevent someone from dragging you away, what to if someone gets on top of you, and how to defend yourself from getting choked.
You will also learn how to fight back with powerful strikes such as elbows, knees, and kicks, and how to execute submissions that are highly effective for self-defense.
